- Access to Agent Database – This is an exclusive list of all agents, broker/owners,
and managers registered for the 2008 National Sales Conference. Rarely is a list
with this many professionals dependent on consumer products released to sponsors.
- Trade Fair Booth – The trade fair showcases over 40 exhibitors from either
the retail or service industry as well as representatives from Royal LePage offices
across Canada. The trade fair is open and fully accessible to delegates throughout
the conference.
- Registration Tote Bags – A marketing/promotional tool that has been effective
for years. It allows companies to put their products and advertising pieces into
the consumer’s hands. All delegates will receive a gift bag that contains the products/materials
upon registration.
- Logo Recognition – Partners who receive this sponsorship opportunity will
have their logos displayed on the National Sales Conference website and all pre/post
marketing material immediately upon sponsorship confirmation. This can potentially
provide partners with a year of advertising in marketing materials such as national
email announcements, national direct mail, postings on the Royal LePage intranet
and listings on the Royal LePage event website.
- Signage Exposure at all National Sales Conference Events – Signage includes
logos on welcome banners, directional signage, promotional banners and table tent
cards. The events available for signage display include, the Broker/Manager Dinner,
the Opening Networking Reception & Party, the Opening Ceremony General Session,
the Party on George Street, the Closing Ceremony Luncheon and the Closing Dinner
& Dance.
- Speaker Introduction & Thank You at Breakout Session – With a captive audience
of 60 to 400 guests prepared to learn, this is an ideal venue to get a promotional
message across prior to the speaker taking the stage.
