Alternative Sponsorship Levels

Ideal for those interested in a specific area of the conference

  • $8,500 – Opening Networking Reception & Party Sponsor: This party at The Rooms in St. John’s kicks off the conference. When it’s time for business, networking can be conducted in the quieter room. Promotional opportunities include signage displays and the opportunity to pass out welcome gifts at the door (sponsor must be a fully registered delegate of the conference).
  • $8,500 – Party on George Street Sponsor: Sponsors will have the opportunity to promote via banners, table tents cards in bars, product display and promotional handouts at this jovial event. The George Street party is an evening designed for networking and destined for good times. Sponsors will be in the middle of it all, as a company representative will have the opportunity to attend (sponsor must be a fully registered delegate of the conference).
  • $8,500 – Closing Dinner & Dance ‘St. John’s Kitchen Party’ Sponsor: Sponsors will have the opportunity to celebrate with hundreds of potential clients at this final evening event. Promotional opportunities include signage displays, table centerpieces donation, wine donation and a speaking opportunity (sponsor must be a fully registered delegate of the conference).
  • $5000 – Shelter Foundation Auction Sponsor: An event that is always eagerly anticipated, this lucky sponsor will have signage opportunities, a product display area and an on stage mention. In 2006, the Shelter Foundation auctioned off items such as luxurious golf packages and provincial treasures like Newfoundland Screech! This auction has raised more than $110,000 for women and children’s shelters across Canada.
  • $3000 – Continental Breakfast Sponsor: This scrumptious sponsorship level includes signage, product display and promotional handout opportunities at two continental breakfasts.
  • $2000 – Trade Fair Cocktail Reception Sponsor: At this two-hour reception contrived for networking, sponsors will receive signage, product display and promotional handout opportunities, as well as company representative attendance.
  • $2000 – Trade Fair Lunch Sponsor: Located in the trade fair, this one-hour buffet is an opportune time for partners to display their logos and products. Sponsors will have signage and product display opportunities.
  • $1750 – Breakout Session Sponsor: This sponsor will introduce and thank the breakout speaker in front of a captive audience of 60 to 400. The distribution of promotional material is also included at this level.
  • $1500 – The Learning Centre Sponsor: The marketing and technology classroom consists of free training sessions to our delegates throughout the conference. Sponsors will receive signage exposure, a product display area and welcoming opportunities at the entrance of the training room.
  • $2000 – Registration/Information Desk Sponsor: Each and every delegate visits the Registration Desk which is open throughout the conference and is a key source of information for all attendees once they have checked in. Sponsors will received key recognition at this desk and volunteers will pass out the sponsor's marketing materials to each delegate if provided.
  • SOLD!!   $3500 – Official Name Badge Sponsor: Your name or logo will appear across the top of every delegates name badge. At minimum 1,000 are printed. This sponsorship is only available to companies external of Royal LePage.

  • SOLD!!  $5000 – Official Tote Bag Sponsor: Your name will appear on each delegate’s take-home registration bag, which is filled with marketing items. This sponsorship is only available to companies external of Royal LePage.
  • In-Kind Donation: Please help support the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation through a cash donation or product/service donation to be auctioned off at the Shelter Foundation Auction. Your kind donation will be recognized at the auction.
