Conference Tote Bag Marketing

The National Sales Conference is a great place to network!!

Are you looking for a unique way to increase your referrals and profile?

We have a tool to help you network in one easy step to all conference attendees!

All delegates, sponsors and Royal LePage approved suppliers of the 2008 Royal LePage National Sales Conference are invited to insert promotional material in the delegates' registration kits. Upon registration, each delegate will receive a keepsake tote bag - filled with free giveaways, the latest conference information, and marketing materials.

The insertion cost is only $100.00 (HST incl.) per marketing piece – all items must be approved before being sent for tote bag insertion. If you don’t get approval and provide an item that has already been sent in by someone else it will be returned to you (at your cost) and not sent on to the conference. For approval please email Sharon Promm at sharonpromm@royallepage.ca with a description or copy of your item. All paper items will be put into one envelope and inserted into the tote bag.

(900 units are required for the tote bags).
(This price is based on flyers and small promotional items; larger items may incur additional charges.)

Great examples of branded items include: Royal LePage Shelter Blooms tulip bulbs, other Shelter branded items, t-shirts, teddy bears, guide booklets on St John’s, vouchers for use in St. John’s or when delegates return home, Royal LePage branded items such as magnets, pins, etc. The more creative and useful the item is, the longer your marketing will last as delegates will hold onto your item and remember your name.

Once you have received confirmation by email that your item has been approved you must ship your 900 pieces to either:
