Pricing:
Member package: $5,400 CAD
- Four nights’ accommodation
- Four evening events: transfers, food, beverage, entertainment
- Business meeting and lunch
- Participation in organized events (golf or spa day, and group activities)
- Airport meet and greet, and transfers to and from the resort
- Transportation to venues as required
- Resort and local coordination fees, and gratuities for the four nights & days of the program
Guest/associate member package: $1,895 CAD
- Four nights’ accommodation (double occupancy with a registered member)
- Four evening events: transfers, food, beverage, entertainment
- Business meeting and lunch
- Participation in organized events (golf or spa day, and group activities)
- Airport meet and greet, and transfers to and from the resort
- Transportation to venues as required
- Resort and local coordination fees, and gratuities for the four nights & days of the program
Pricing notes:
The retreat price includes four nights’ accommodation, and should not be compared with vacation prices, as it includes transportation, meals, keynote speakers, local coordination fees, private-venue events, advance bookings, exclusive use of public and private facilities, and some taxes and gratuities. The event is designed as an opportunity for business networking and learning, as well as recreation and celebration. Many attendees are able to recoup the cost of the trip as a business expense.
Your registered guests are welcome to share in your retreat and take part in all program activities.
Optional activities and pre- and post-retreat accommodations are subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional nights are $335 plus resort fees, for 5 days prior and 5 days following the retreat.
Charges for hotel incidentals are extra and will be billed to your credit card upon check-out.
Air travel
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own air travel and insurance.
Upon arrival, transfers to the resort will be offered from John Wayne/Orange Country Airport (SNA).
Passports are required for travel to the US.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made before midnight, January 31st, 2011: A cancellation fee of 15% will apply.
Cancellations made after January 31st, 2011: No refunds issued.
